How far along: 9 weeks
Total weight gain: I'm not sure, I haven't weighed myself because I feel like a fat ass
Sleep: I have been sleeping SO much I actually feel guilty about it. I fell asleep the other night at 8pm, and got 10 hours of sleep. In my defense I was fighting a cold so I probably needed it. But About an hour after I wake up I'm ready for bed again.
Best moment of this week: I found my fetal doppler. I was not able to find the heartbeat, but I know it is still early. I'll keep trying!
Miss anything: I've been missing feeling just normal for a consistent period of time. Honestly my morning sickness is not as bad as I had it with Greyson (I'm thinking the meds help) BUT I still feel weird or like crap fairly consistently. Daydreaming of the 2nd tri when I start to feel more normal.
Food cravings: Watermelon, ice water, Lingonberry juice (I was at Ikea last weekend!)
Anything making you queasy or sick: Honestly not as much, I just feel yucky for no reason mostly. Overeating is a huge trigger for feeling like crap though. Need to watch that.
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy! Baby is a Fetus as of today, week 9 is always scary for me. I'm really..
Looking forward to: my third u/s next week, 07/24, I should measure 10w1d (and if baby is growing how it has been I'll probably measure closer to 10w5d) I really hope he/she is still growing in there!
9 Month update on Greyson
I cannot believe my baby cakes is already 9 months old! This last month has been SO CRAZY! A million things happened all at once! I don't know where to start!
Teeth - 2 of them! Both within the last month. The first one caused him to be a whinny complainy mess for a week or so. Second one we barely noticed came in (both on the bottom)
Movement - Wow. He had been rolling over for quite a while but he suddenly became extremely fluid in it, like rolling over multiple times to get to somewhere he wanted to go.
Then crawling! That happened so fast, I feel like one day he was finally able to rest on all fours. Then the next day he was rocking back and forth, the next he was moving small movements either forward or backward, then the next (I'm calling it 07/07) he started full on crawling!
Standing!!! FOUR days after I walked in to get him when he woke up from a nap and BAM:
So now, less than a week later he is consistently pulling himself up on furniture, my legs, anything he can. So much fun. I can't wait to see where we are in a month!
